Responsibilities
- Design and refine complex prompts to maximize the accuracy, relevance, and safety of AI-generated content.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize user engagement and output quality.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate prompt strategies into the development lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, version control, and best practices.
- Monitor AI model performance metrics and troubleshoot issues related to hallucinations or bias in real-time.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and LLM architecture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Prompt Engineering or a related AI/ML discipline (minimum 2 years).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and their specific capabilities and limitations.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with basic machine learning concepts.
- Excellent written communication skills with a knack for creative problem-solving and logical structuring.
