Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA and other ticketing systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Developers, Product Managers, and Designers.
- Perform automated and manual testing across various platforms (Web, Mobile, API).
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not break existing functionality.
- Analyze user requirements to determine test scenarios and edge cases.
- Provide detailed bug reports and work with the team to implement fixes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or Software Testing.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies and test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium).
- Experience with SQL databases and API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
