Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop, test, and refine complex prompts to maximize the accuracy, creativity, and safety of AI outputs.
- Model Training: Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune foundational models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) for specific business use cases.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation and prompt libraries to ensure consistency across the organization.
- A/B Testing: Run rigorous experiments to compare prompt variations and measure performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into effective AI workflows.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, NLP, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with API integrations (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a deep understanding of tone, nuance, and context.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex AI behaviors.
