Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation: Develop complex, multi-turn prompts that guide LLMs to produce high-quality, contextually relevant content for various applications.
- Model Optimization: Continuously refine prompt engineering strategies to improve model accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance user engagement.
- Evaluation: Create rigorous testing frameworks to measure the performance of AI outputs against specific business KPIs.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and edge-case handling procedures for the engineering team.
- Creative Problem Solving: Experiment with novel prompting techniques, including Chain-of-Thought and few-shot learning, to solve complex logic problems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into effective AI behaviors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative use of language.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning concepts, NLP pipelines, and LLM architectures (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is highly preferred for automating prompt testing and analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A deep curiosity for AI trends and the ability to adapt quickly to new model updates and tools.
