Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop, test, and refine high-quality prompts to maximize the accuracy and performance of AI models like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate model outputs and ensure they meet specific business requirements.
- Iterative Improvement: Continuously iterate on prompt strategies based on user feedback and data analysis to drive better engagement.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, strategies, and methodologies for team onboarding and knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering solutions into broader AI systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, content strategy, or technical writing within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language with a keen eye for detail, tone, and style.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and formulate precise prompts to elicit the desired AI behavior.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
