The Role:
You will design, implement, and optimize prompt strategies to ensure our AI applications are safe, accurate, and highly effective across various business verticals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine complex, multi-turn prompts to maximize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and data analysis to evaluate prompt efficacy and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to fine-tune models based on empirical prompt engineering results.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of high-quality prompt templates and guardrails for production deployment.
- Identify and mitigate potential biases, hallucinations, and safety risks in AI-generated content.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, executable prompt instructions for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field with a strong focus on user experience.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts, tokenization, and Large Language Model architectures.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is a strong plus for integrating prompts into development pipelines.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and articulate them clearly.
- Experience with prompt chaining, few-shot learning, and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring the ethical and accurate use of AI technology.
