Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Continuously test and iterate on prompts using GPT-4, Claude, and other state-of-the-art models to achieve specific business KPIs.

- Output Analysis: Analyze AI responses for hallucinations, biases, or errors, implementing guardrails to ensure reliability.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation on prompt strategies, best practices, and model behaviors for internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, or PaLM.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with OpenAI API, Anthropic API, and basic Python scripting for automation.
- Language Mastery: Exceptional command of the English language, with a deep understanding of syntax, tone, and context.
