Responsibilities
- Design & Optimize: Create and refine high-impact prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Model Evaluation: Analyze AI outputs for accuracy, tone, and safety, providing feedback to engineering teams to improve model performance.
- Workflow Automation: Develop innovative workflows that leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to integrate AI-generated content into our broader strategy.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in prompt engineering and generative AI to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, content creation, or technical writing.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with API integrations and basic Python scripting is a plus.
- Creativity: Strong ability to think laterally and design creative prompts that yield unexpected and useful results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
