Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts to optimize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4 and Claude.
- Analyze user interactions and AI responses to identify areas for improvement and iterate on prompt strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Product Managers, to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates and best practices.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on different prompt variations to determine the most effective approaches.
- Document findings and provide training on prompt engineering techniques to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Prompt Engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or a related field.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning, and the mechanics of how AI interprets context.
- Exceptional command of the English language with a keen eye for detail in grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with flexible hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
