Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and maintain prompt libraries for GPT-4, Claude, and custom LLMs
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model responses
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt design
- Mentor junior team members on advanced prompt techniques
- Stay current with LLM advancements and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Python and prompt engineering tools (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
