Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models to achieve specific business objectives
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation

- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality
- Create prompt engineering guidelines and best practices for internal teams
- Analyze model outputs to identify prompt improvement opportunities
- Train stakeholders on effective prompt techniques and tool utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in prompt engineering or AI interaction design
- Proficiency with LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, etc.) and prompt optimization tools
- Strong understanding of NLP principles and transformer architectures
