Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create, test, and iterate on complex prompts to maximize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4 and Claude.
- System Integration: Develop prompt chains and workflows that integrate seamlessly with our existing software architecture.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and refine prompt strategies accordingly.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries, logic flows, and best practices for the engineering team.
- A/B Testing: Run controlled experiments to compare different prompt structures and measure impact on user satisfaction and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or a related AI field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and familiarity with API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Creativity: Strong command of language, grammar, and rhetorical structure; ability to think outside the box.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and break them down into logical steps for AI processing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
