Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for large language models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into products
- Develop prompt libraries and documentation for AI system scalability
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt performance and user engagement
- Stay current with AI advancements and implement prompt engineering best practices
- Train junior engineers on prompt development methodologies
- Monitor AI outputs and iterate on prompts for accuracy and bias mitigation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction
- Proficiency with Python and NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and AI capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
