What You Will Do:
- Architect and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output quality and accuracy.
- Develop proprietary prompt libraries and frameworks to standardize AI interactions.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate prompt efficacy.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to seamlessly integrate LLM APIs into web and mobile applications.
- Train junior staff and conduct workshops on the art of prompt engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve high accuracy and specific outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative refinement of prompt strategies to improve model performance and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering workflows into production pipelines.
- Create comprehensive documentation and guidelines for prompt best practices across the organization.
- Analyze user feedback loops to identify gaps in AI reasoning and adjust prompts dynamically.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP and generative AI to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Prompt Engineering or a related field within AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and transformer architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and context.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex logic puzzles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
