Responsibilities
- Develop and refine advanced prompt engineering strategies for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Analyze model outputs to detect bias, hallucinations, and inconsistencies, implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers and data scientists to integrate prompt libraries into production environments.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of high-performing prompts for various use cases.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI research to apply cutting-edge techniques to our projects.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to optimize response accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related creative field.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the mechanics of Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.).
- Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages for automating prompt testing and data analysis.
- Exceptional command of grammar, syntax, and stylistic nuance across multiple languages and tones.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems through iterative prompt design.
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation in a remote-first work environment.
