Responsibilities
- Design & Iteration: Create, test, and refine complex prompts to optimize the performance of LLMs like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Collaborate with data scientists to prepare datasets and fine-tune models for specific industry applications.
- API Integration: Integrate AI models into production workflows using Python and relevant SDKs.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor output quality, conduct A/B testing, and analyze metrics to improve response accuracy.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and usage guidelines.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP and generative AI to propose new features and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience working with OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar LLM platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for clear, concise instruction.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to debug complex AI behaviors.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
