As a Prompt Engineer at NeuralPath Solutions, you will craft the instructions that guide powerful Large Language Models, ensuring they deliver accurate, safe, and creative outputs tailored to our clients' needs. You will work closely with product managers and data scientists to build the next generation of intelligent applications.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Prompt Architecture: Design complex, multi-step prompt chains and system instructions for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize performance.
- Model Optimization: Analyze model outputs to refine prompts, reduce hallucinations, and improve response coherence.
- Iterative Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and user feedback analysis to continuously optimize prompt strategies.
- Technical Collaboration: Work alongside backend engineers and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into scalable software solutions.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates, best practices, and model behavior documentation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI interactions adhere to ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, or technical writing.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript; familiarity with API integrations (RESTful APIs).
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language with a deep understanding of tone, nuance, and context.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct vague user requirements into precise, structured machine instructions.
