Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for large language models to achieve specific business outcomes
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI automation and enhancement
- Conduct systematic prompt testing, analysis, and iteration to improve model accuracy and relevance
- Create prompt engineering frameworks and best practices for enterprise AI deployments
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and integrate cutting-edge techniques into prompt strategies
- Train and mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI model optimization
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and large language model behavior
- Proven ability to design prompts for complex, multi-turn conversational systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance metrics
- Familiarity with Python, prompt frameworks (e.g., LangChain, DSPy), and MLOps tools
