Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and refine AI prompts for enterprise-level language models
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Develop documentation libraries for prompt engineering best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompts with model capabilities
- Analyze user interaction data to identify prompt optimization opportunities
- Create training materials for non-technical stakeholders on prompt usage
- Stay current with emerging NLP techniques and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience with prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proficiency in Python and prompt optimization frameworks
- Strong understanding of transformer architecture (GPT, BERT, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills
- Certification in AI/ML or NLP preferred
