- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and performance metrics
- Analyze AI output quality and iterate on prompt engineering solutions
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction
- Proven expertise with large language models (GPT, Llama, Claude)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot AI output inconsistencies
- Exceptional written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Python and AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
