- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations using quantitative metrics
- Create documentation standards for prompt libraries and best practices for engineering teams
- Collaborate with product managers to align prompt strategies with business objectives
- Research emerging AI techniques and integrate advanced methodologies into prompt development workflows
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization techniques and ethical AI deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI model development
- Expertise with transformer architectures and large language model optimization techniques
- Strong analytical skills with experience in prompt A/B testing and performance measurement
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API)
- Exceptional written communication with ability to craft precise, context-aware prompts
