Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt engineering strategies for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4 and Claude.
- Construct and maintain a comprehensive library of high-quality prompts to drive consistent and accurate AI outputs.
- Analyze user feedback and model performance data to refine prompt structures and improve response quality.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt systems into broader AI applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and prompt engineering methodologies to drive innovation.
- Train junior team members on best practices for interacting with AI models.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working with OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar LLM platforms.
- Strong command of English grammar, rhetoric, and creative writing techniques.
- Experience with Python programming and basic understanding of machine learning concepts.
