Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, cloud-native infrastructure specifically engineered for the 2026 operational environment.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning engineering goals with long-term business objectives and futuristic trends.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core engineering workflows to optimize performance.
- Quantum Readiness: Develop strategies and systems that are adaptable to emerging quantum computing paradigms and post-quantum cryptography standards.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technologies: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- AI/ML: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and experience deploying AI models in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, large-scale engineering problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
