Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum-neural hybrid systems capable of processing real-time bio-signals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and UX designers to deliver the 2026 roadmap.
- Implement advanced error correction algorithms specifically tailored for noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) devices.
- Collaborate with hardware partners to optimize latency in neural interface transmissions.
- Establish best practices for quantum security and ethical AI governance within the neural network.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical deep-dives to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in high-performance computing, machine learning, or quantum computing (Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, superposition, and entanglement principles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with real-time data processing and low-latency communication protocols (e.g., WebSocket, gRPC).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and C++.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
