Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and large-scale data infrastructure.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical ML strategies.
- Ensure model accuracy, fairness, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed products.
- Drive the migration and optimization of legacy models to modern cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning engineering.
- Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong proficiency in distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production with significant traffic.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
