Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Optimize model training workflows to reduce compute costs and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation.
- Drive innovation by staying at the forefront of emerging AI research and methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven track record of leading architectural initiatives in AI/ML or high-scale data systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
