Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, robust AI and machine learning systems that align with 2026's strategic vision.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of advanced algorithms, focusing on deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the organization.
- System Optimization: Drive performance optimization for AI models in production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into broader software products and business workflows.
- Roadmap Planning: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to influence the technical roadmap and innovation strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, or reinforcement learning is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges and make data-driven architectural decisions.
