Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI systems, specifically focusing on the evolution of AI capabilities leading into 2026.
- System Design: Design and implement distributed, fault-tolerant AI architectures using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Model Integration: Lead the integration of proprietary and open-source Large Language Models into production environments, optimizing for latency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Ethical AI: Implement frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in model outputs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- AI Mastery: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning paradigms.
- Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated ability to architect scalable solutions on major cloud providers.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
