Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge agentic AI workflows and multi-modal models for enterprise applications.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on long-horizon reasoning and autonomous decision-making capabilities for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior researchers and senior engineers alike.
- Model Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in model training pipelines and deployment strategies to reduce latency and energy consumption.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business strategies for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying LLMs or large-scale neural networks in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the communication skills to bridge the gap between engineering and business.
