Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical architecture and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Lead the architectural design of complex, distributed AI systems, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technology Stack: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Networks, Edge Computing) into our core infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, and extensive knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Future Tech: Demonstrated ability to work with next-gen technologies, including predictive analytics, autonomous agents, and quantum computing concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
