Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning architectures.
- Lead a team of expert data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation.
- Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement pipelines.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex technical projects from concept to production.
