Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping for B2B applications
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals
- Execute usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalable solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Maintain consistency across digital touchpoints
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
