What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and design systems.
- Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and intuitive interface designs.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design language and component library.
- Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and adhere to web standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in UX/UI design, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing your design process, from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and information architecture.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
