Responsibilities
- Design User-Centric Interfaces: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Conduct User Research: Perform user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Iterate on Designs: Continuously refine and polish designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain Design Systems: Contribute to and update our internal design libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
Qualifications
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, wireframing, and prototyping skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
