Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve design performance
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through visual design
