Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to align design solutions
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all deliverables
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve design performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and business impact
- Part-time availability (20-25 hours/week) with flexibility for team meetings
