Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries for consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction
- Stay current with UX trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ user-centered projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies including personas, journey maps, and A/B testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) for collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
