Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures to guide design decisions
- Conduct user interviews and usability sessions to validate design solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain and evolve our design system library for consistency across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and drive design iterations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business outcomes
- Part-time availability of 20-25 hours/week with flexibility during core business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
