- Maintain consistent design language across digital products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
