Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Stay current with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Experience with usability testing methodologies and A/B testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
