Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience for our suite of digital products. You will work closely with our product team to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centric designs that drive engagement and conversion.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to define user needs and pain points.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility.
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Maintain and evolve our existing design system components.
- Create visual assets and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools.
- Excellent understanding of information architecture and wireframing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
