Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategies
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Execute usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistent user experiences
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and justify decisions through user data
- Stay current with UX trends, methodologies, and accessibility standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating process
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and WCAG guidelines
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
