Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers) to implement solutions
- Develop design systems and ensure consistent UI/UX across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and improve product experiences
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Understanding of responsive web design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Local to Philadelphia preferred for occasional in-person collaboration
