Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create journey maps
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Document design decisions and maintain design libraries
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices in the Pacific Northwest tech scene
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement metrics
