Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture documents
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Maintain and evolve design systems for consistent user experience
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centered projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
