Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to our design system and maintain design consistency
- Stay updated on UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design
- Part-time availability (20-25 hours/week) with flexible scheduling
