- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and performance issues, then implement optimizations to improve system reliability and speed.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code robustness and security.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and code reviews to junior developers on the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week.
