Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Build and maintain complex dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize data for executive leadership.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to translate business needs into data requirements.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide weekly/monthly performance summaries.
- Optimize data workflows and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying, Python or R for scripting, and experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
