Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software code for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to validate software functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, .NET).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be located within the United States (San Antonio preferred for occasional on-site collaboration).
