Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and scalability.
- Debugging: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and full-time developers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and robustness.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for APIs, architecture, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with React or Node.js is highly desirable.
- Cloud & Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and version control systems (Git).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
